Family Dinner with Alexander Green | SF
Mar 1, 2019 - Mar 2, 2019

As the roots of our family tree extend, our bonds deepen. We’re so excited to bring our HABITAS Family Dinner to San Francisco for the very first time.

To celebrate this family landmark, visionary artist and technologist Alexander Green has invited us to his studio for a family-style sit-down meal, complete with a discussion before dinner surrounding the nature of his work.

Alex's art pushes the boundaries of knowledge and expression, incorporating light sculptures with sophisticated software. His training in jazz and physics inform a body of work that includes lighting experiences for musicians like Four Tet and Twenty-One Pilots and his latest work, The Tree of Tenere, a groundbreaking light sculpture featured at Burning Man in 2017 to wide acclaim. His innovative sculpture and videos have been featured in the Smithsonian’s Renwick Gallery as well as the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam.

Join us for what promises to be an inspired evening in the Bay Area. Arrive hungry and bring an open mind.

We kindly ask you to observe this event is BYOB. We will happily supply the rest.
