About his Work

Nico Waiyari is a multi-instrumentalist musician. As a nomad artist, he is constantly traveling picking up sounds of the world to create a personal journey through his music. The Kora (African harp) is the heart of his music, bringing deepness and ritualising into a ceremony his concerts. Winds, seeds, leathers, strings are his orchestra.

For him, sound is medicine. His concerts are an invitation to wake up the senses and the body to enjoy a powerful journey into the realm of magic.
